My mission is to restore the path forward for Minnesotans navigating trauma, disability, and systemic injustice through therapy that is relational, affirming, and rooted in clinical excellence. I envision a Minnesota where every person has access to therapy that recognizes their full humanity and honors their lived experience. This includes children struggling in school, adults rebuilding after incarceration, and anyone carrying the quiet weight of trauma. 

My practice exists to challenge systems that silence or overlook individuals and instead provide care that is personal, clinically sound, and culturally responsive. I strive to create a space where people feel safe enough to reflect, strong enough to grow, and empowered to lead their own healing. The goal is lasting transformation that strengthens individuals, families, and the communities they call home.
